Chris joined DMP Properties in 2023 and oversees all financial and accounting operations, as well as corporate financial planning. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings an extensive background in financial accounting, investor reporting, capital markets and debt structure. He has held senior accounting roles with large developers and boutique family offices, placing over $500 million in debt facilities, including bridge loans, recapitalizations, refinances and lines of credit. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Cal State Long Beach, as well as an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, where he also obtained a certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development. He is a member of UC Irvine Center of Real Estate as well as Deans Leadership Circle. Chris lives in South Orange County.
